• Pay your fine by mail or in person prior to the court date indication on the citation if it is a violation listed on the reverse side of the citation.

• Contest this complaint in court at address, date and time indicated on the citation.

 

VERY IMPORTANT:  FAILURE TO APPEAR ON THE COURT DATE OR PAY THE FINE PRIOR TO THE COURT DATE MAY RESULT IN A WARRANT BEING ISSUED FOR YOUR ARREST AND MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE/PRIVILEGE.
